Why do you want to join us (impress!)?:
I have playes many characters in my "wow-life" (Priest, Rogue, hunter, druid etc).
But my hunter was the very first character i created when the game came out. And i must admit, even though Hunters has been a neglected class throughout the whole period, since we are medicore at everything (Dps, cc and survivability), and we have bad reputation for legolas-wannabees, chinese bots, then its still the class wich i enjoy the most.
There are many reasons why, but to make a livestory short; a hunter is probably the easiest class to play, but its the hardest class to master. I mean, people can send their pets into something and do autoshot, but its not how the hunter is supposted to play.
A hunters job is to DPS, and if you know how to handle the shot-rotations, you can outdamage mages and rogues (believe it or not).
A hunters job is also to pull through the instance so the party/raid can get through it as fast/smooth as possible. And besides doing so small things as kitting, tranqing and misdirecting, a hunter is also supposed to act as a deaggro on the healers.
If a healer gets aggro, a hunter is one of the best classes to pull the mob away with misdirect and/or distracting shot and then kite it over to a warrior and FD, not to mention scatter/trap.
And i dont know how to say it without stepping over some hunters toes, but many hunters dont actually know how to play their class to full potential. I have played this class for almost 2 years, and i feel i know this class really well and can benefit with all of the above mentioned things.
Any other thing you want us to know? Like if you are a traded account, cross-server application or have a serious mental disorder that forces you to do retarded pulls in raids?
